Privacy Policy for AI TRY
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how AI TRY ("we", "our", "us") processes personal data when you use authentication, virtual try-on, ads, subscriptions, weather context, and cloud storage features.
This Policy is intended for users in the EU/EEA, UK, US, and other jurisdictions with equal or less strict privacy requirements.
2. Data We Process
- Account data: user ID, email address, authentication provider metadata.
- Profile data: body-related parameters, style preferences, app language, city, subscription tier, and credits balance.
- User media: profile photo, garment photos, virtual try-on results, and optional label photos.
- Usage and billing events: rewarded ad events, credit operations, and subscription/payment status events.
- Location and weather context: location source (GPS/IP/manual), city, and weather summary.
- Technical and diagnostic data: logs and operational events needed for service reliability, security, and abuse prevention.
3. Sources of Data
- Directly from you (e.g., profile input, photos).
- Automatically from your device/app use (e.g., events, diagnostics).
- From integrated providers (e.g., auth, payment, ads, weather/location services).
4. Services We Use (Processors / Third Parties)
- Supabase (authentication, database, storage, RPC).
- Google Gemini API (AI processing for image analysis and virtual try-on generation).
- Google AdMob (rewarded ads).
- Stripe (checkout and payment/subscription processing, when enabled).
- OpenWeather and fallback geolocation providers (weather and location context).
These providers process data under their own privacy terms and policies.
5. Purposes of Processing
- Provide account access and synchronize app data.
- Generate virtual try-on outputs and styling features.
- Manage credits, rewarded ads, and subscriptions.
- Localize and personalize user experience.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse/fraud, and troubleshoot incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations.
6. Legal Bases (EU/UK)
Where GDPR / UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Performance of a contract (core app functionality).
- Consent (where required, including certain advertising/marketing processing).
- Legitimate interests (service security, reliability, abuse prevention).
- Legal obligations (where applicable).
7. Ads and Consent
We use AdMob for rewarded ads. Where required by law (including parts of EU/EEA/UK), consent is requested and can be updated via privacy options available in the app experience or platform controls.
8. Data Sharing and International Transfers
We may share relevant data with the service providers listed above to deliver app functionality, payments, AI processing, ads, and infrastructure operations.
Depending on provider infrastructure, personal data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
9. Retention and Deletion
We retain personal data while your account is active unless a longer retention period is required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security obligations.
You can request account deletion from within the app. Deletion removes profile-linked operational records and storage media under configured backend policies and constraints.
Certain analytics outputs may remain only in anonymized and/or aggregated form and are not intended to identify an individual user.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authentication controls, access restrictions, and storage/database permissions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- Access personal data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete personal data.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority/regulator.
US State Privacy Rights: Where applicable under US state privacy laws, you may also have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain data uses/sharing.
12. Children
AI TRY is not directed to children under 13 (or under the higher minimum age required by local law). If you believe a child provided personal data unlawfully, contact us for deletion.
